Muir Cottage
is a charming, artfully decorated studio apartment. Located just down the stairs from Gull Cottage, it has the same unbeatable views, both from the apartment itself, and from its own private deck overlooking the bay. While a bit smaller, it still has all the amenities: living area with television set and DVD player, a secluded bedroom with one queen bed and accommodates a maximum of two adults, bathroom, and a small, fully equipped kitchen. Adjacent to the living area is a cozy little nook with a desk and chair...the perfect spot for early morning journaling. Muir Cottage has often been referred to as “A Little Jewel.” When you see it, you’ll know why.

Amenities:
Phone, cable TV, CD/DVD player, cozy electric fireplace, kitchen (cooking utensils and basic seasonings provided), microwave, refrigerator, linens for bed and bath, redwood deck, off street parking for one car. For reasons of safety, we cannot accommodate children or pets and there is no smoking allowed.
Rates:

$385 for two nights, two night minimum.
$135 each additional night
County Tax of 11% added to all rentals
Rates increase 15% during holiday periods.
A refundable security deposit of $250 will be required for first time renters
Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance: Two nights at Muir Cottage $19.48
