Gull Cottage
is a beautifully decorated two bedroom (with one queen bed and one twin, and accommodates a maximum of three adults), one bath hideaway. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. All have stunning views of the bay, marinas, and Bodega Head, but there's a television and DVD player...just in case. Outside, the private redwood deck is a perfect spot to sip a glass (or two) of your favorite wine and watch the magnificent sunset. If you're thinking you'd rather relax in the Jacuzzi, don't worry. You can see the sunset from there, too!

Fireplace, phone, cable TV, CD/DVD Player, WiFi, Full kitchen (cooking utensils and basic seasonings provided), microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, linens for bed and bath, private hot tub, redwood deck, off street parking for one car. For reasons of safety, we cannot accommodate children or pets and there is no smoking allowed.

$175 each additional night
County tax of 11% added to all rentals.
Rates increase 15% during holiday periods.
A refundable security damage deposit of $250 will be required for first time renters.
